Excerpt from Regway newspaper gossip column:
“It is official! The clumsy heiress to the throne has finally gotten herself sent to finishing school. Perhaps, after all she will be fit to wear that crown when her time comes. The princess's behavior was always questionable at a younger age, but now that our king has grown ill and she has shown no sign of having grown up. Talk about our princess getting training has been in talk since last June's parade disaster. Wouldn't be the first time Princess Sabina has gotten herself into a humiliating spot.”
See what I have to deal with? You accidentally spook one horse during a parade and suddenly you start a stampede. Now no one let's you live it down, no one even got hurt! I don't know.. I was never into this whole princess thing. It's.. just not me. I see people my age all the time, having fun and hanging out with friends. Going out to movies or the beach or just.. having fun. But no, I'm stuck walking in the back and listening to people that are forty years older than me drone on and on about things that I will need to know one day. I get it, I really do. My father is sick but I do hate everyone talking like he is going to die tomorrow or something. They do not know him like I do. Us Theissens are fighters, he's tougher than that. I can be mature and grown up when I would like to be, people just seem to catch me at the wrong times. Hence the horse incident.. or a month ago at a Lord's banquet where a few girls dared me to stand up on the banister of some stairs. I never want to cling to a tapestry for dear life ever again.. That's just the way I am, I suppose. Very informal for one, stubborn.. Though If I was more stubborn I wouldn't be at this stupid place to begin with, they would have had to drag me out of my room. I suppose I will have to make the best of it while I'm here.
HAVE I TOLD YOU PIRATE SKITTLES! FROM CAUTION MADE THIS ?!
